PITTED GREEN OLIVES
Description
Olives processed with the Sevillian method which gives them a delicate taste with a compact and crunchy flesh and eventually pitted. Ideal to be enjoyed as snacks or to pair with Martini aperitifs.

Ingredients: Nocellara del Belice olives, water, salt; acidifier: lactic acid, ascorbic acid.
Olives with a strong taste, of a green colour, processed with the "Sevillian method".
The size is 231/260 fruits per Kg.
Pasteurized product.
The product has a 2 year shelf life: it should be kept in a cool place away from heat sources.

Packaging method: product packaged in a 4-4,5% salt brine with no preservatives added.
Packaging type: glass jars.

Controls
Each phase of the processing is continuously monitored by our internal technicians, experts in quality control, from the arrival of the raw materials, to the storage and processing phase.
Microbiological analyses and chemical-physical checks are carried out at all stages of production and on all production batches in our internal laboratory and random checks are carried out by qualified external laboratories.
