The product is rich in proteins, mineral salts and vitamins, gluten-free and highly digestible.
This line was created to give the possibility to sales points (especially those that do not have a delicatessen counter) to display a ready to eat product with the characteristics of fresh and excellent quality products: the lupines are therefore weekly packaged to ensure freshness and purity.

Ingredients: Lupines, water, salt; acidifier: Lactic acid.
It is a cooked, debittered and salted product.
The product is pasteurised.
The product has a 210 day shelf life; it should be kept in a cool place, away from heat sources.
Chemical-Physical characteristics: 3.8 ≤ pH ≤ 4.5 | 3.0 ≤ NaCl% ≤ 4.5
Packaging
Packaging method: product packaged in a 3 - 4% salt brine.
It contains allergens.
Packaging type: Food grade plastic trays.

Controls
Each phase of the processing is continuously monitored by our internal technicians, experts in quality control, from the arrival of the raw materials, to the storage and processing phase.
Microbiological analyses and chemical-physical checks are carried out at all stages of production and on all production batches in our internal laboratory and random checks are carried out by qualified external laboratories.
