SWEET GIANT GREEN OLIVES

This line was created to give the possibility to sales points (especially those that do not have a delicatessen counter) to display a ready to eat product with the characteristics of fresh and excellent quality products: the olives are therefore weekly packaged to ensure freshness and purity.

Excellent quality olives in a practical “open and taste” package: Ideal to be enjoyed as snacks or to pair with Martini aperitifs.

Ingredients: Nocellara del Belice olives, water, salt, tartaric acid, citric acid, ascorbic acid.

Green olives with a typical flavour, processed with the "Castelvetrano method".

The size is to be defined at the time of processing.

Pasteurized product.

The product has a 210 day shelf life; it should be kept in a cool place away from heat sources.

Chemical-Physical characteristics: 4.5 ≤ pH ≤ 5.5 | 3.5 ≤ NaCl% ≤ 4.5

Packaging method: product packaged in a 4-4,5% salt brine.

 Packaging type: Food grade plastic trays.

Available formats: 250 grams trays.

Each phase of the processing is continuously monitored by our internal technicians, experts in quality control, from the arrival of the raw materials, to the storage and processing phase.

Microbiological analyses and chemical-physical checks are carried out at all stages of production and on all production batches in our internal laboratory and random checks are carried out by qualified external laboratories.
