The jars represent the excellence of the quality mixed with the simplicity of use and transport thanks to the small and resistant glass jars: they are available in three versions.
Broken seasoned olives in oil: seasoned by hand using Sicilian aromatic herbs that give them a slightly pungent fiery taste.
Whole green olives in brine: olives processed with the Castelvetrano method which gives the olives a unique "sweet" unsalted taste and a typical bright green colour.
Pitted green olives in brine: same processing of the previous ones and eventually pitted.
The product is marketed in glass jars weighing 350 g (500 grams gross weight).
The product is pasteurised and has a 2 year shelf life.
