BROKEN SEASONED OLIVES IN OIL
Description
Before packaging, the olives are seasoned by hand using Sicilian aromatic herbs that give them a slightly pungent fiery taste.
Tasty as an ingredient in green salads, perfect to accompany cheese and cold cuts.
Specifications
Ingredients: Olives, sunflower seed oil, oregano, parsley, chili pepper, garlic, salt.
Olives with a strong taste, of a green colour, processed with the "natural method".
The size is 161/180 fruits per Kg. Pasteurized product.
The product has a 2 year shelf life. It is advisable to keep the product in a cool and dry place, far from heat sources.
Chemical-Physical characteristics: 3.8 ≤ pH ≤ 4.2

Packaging method: product packaged in a protective atmosphere, with no preservatives added.
Packaging type: glass jars.
Available formats: 300 g jar (gross weight 500 g).
Controls
Each phase of the processing is continuously monitored by our internal technicians, experts in quality control, from the arrival of the raw materials, to the storage and processing phase.
Microbiological analyses and chemical-physical checks are carried out at all stages of production and on all production batches in our internal laboratory and random checks are carried out by qualified external laboratories.
